He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Kelley and Doris Kelley (Taylor); and his daughter Allison M. Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Rometta "Romey" Kelley (Yesse); his children, Stephen Kelley (Tammy) of Port Ewen and Erin Kelley of Kerhonkson; his stepchildren, Diana "Dee" Morse and James Morse (Lorrie) of Port Ewen; and his brother David R. Kelley (Barbara) of Florida. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Face coverings and social distancing (which will limit funeral home occupancy) are required. The funeral service followed by burial with military honors by Joyce-Schirick VFW Post 1386 Honor Guard at Wiltwyck Rural Cemetery will be private.
