He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lavery and Irene Smythe Lavery; and his sisters, Susan Maggiore and Marlene Feil. He is survived by: his children, Kristin LaBrake, Michael Motes, Derek Lavery (Nicole) and Marc Lavery (Lorraine); his grandchildren, Austin, Marcus, Marissa, Mykayla, Logan, Makenna, Brayden and Lukas; and his sister Linda Reid. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
