With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter D. Van Loan of Ulster Park, New York, born in Kingston, New York, who passed away on June 11, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Loan and Ester Flynn Van Loan; his brother Edward; his granddaughter Cassidy Flood; and his pet Quinn.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Dwyer Van Loan; his children, Daniel (Vicki), Kellie Buono (Patrick), Peter (Kelly) and Joanne Flood (Kevin); his grandchildren, Karlie, Jake, Sydney, Aiden, Lucy, Hadley, Liz, Richard and Thomas; his siblings, Donald (late Joan), Jay (Nancy), Vincent (Sherrie) and Margaret Wayne (Mike); and his pet Marco. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in his memory be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
