He was predeceased by: his parents, Oswald Carr and Fidelis Carr (Slacke); and his brother Robert Carr. He is survived by: his close friend Kathy Risole; and his siblings, Catherine Carr of West Beach, VA, Elizabeth Legg of Glasco, Rosemary Petzold of Hobart, NY and David Carr of Kingston. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
