He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frances Williams and Lewis Adams of Carmel, NY; his uncle Raymond; his aunt Brittha Bellotti; and his mother-in-law Justine Dean of Ulster Park.
He is survived by: his pets, Franky, Pizazz and Flanderz; his parent Joyce Bellotti (Bellotti); his stepfather John Ohrvall (Bob) of Hurleyville, NY.; his close friend Aubrey Dean; his sister Dawn Mead; his stepsiblings, Joseph Zaccardi, Robert Ohrvall, Karen Langevin, Matthew Ohrvall and Brian Ohrvall; his uncle Frank; and his aunt Ann Bellotti of Carmel. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
