He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry J. Chapman and Gladys K. Chapman (Stockdale); his stepson James Iannotta; and his daughter-in-law Lynne Iannotta (Ardus). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Chapman (Dannhardt); his stepsons, Michael Iannotta of Ulster Park, Paul Iannotta (Jackie) of Syosset, NY and Peter Iannotta (Christine) of Hicksville; and his grandchildren, Michelle, James, Emily and Nichole Iannotta.
