Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joan Tierney McWeeney (Ulster Park, New York), born in Kingston, New York, who passed away at the age of 86, on April 21, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Tierney and Barbara Tierney (Long); and her brother Gerald Tierney (Joan) of Hurley. She is survived by: her sons, Michael McWeeney (Josie) of Kingston and Terence McWeeney (Janet) of Kingston; her grandchildren, Shannon Klitzner-McWeeney (Patrick) of Kingston, Miranda McWeeney of Kingston, Jonathan McWeeney of Kingston and Shane Tully of Poughkeepsie; her great grandchild Lily Wood of Kingston; her cousins, Maureen DeLucca of Kingston and Mary Kocsis of Connelly; her nephews, Richard Tierney (Jean) of West Hurley and Gary Tierney of Kingston; her niece Barbara Ryan (Bill) of Kingston; and her sister-in-law Joan Tierney of Hurley. She is also survived by many other cousins and dear friends.

Funeral services were held privately due to the current virus pandemic. A memorial service will be announced following pandemic restrictions being lifted.
