He is survived by: his wife Debra Millard; his children, Sonia Hernandez (Michael Hernandez), Christopher Millard and Derrick Millard (Amy Basler); his granddaughter Levia Hernandez; and his siblings, Linda Millard, Elizabeth Krop (Bohdan Krop), Carol Hotchkiss (David Hotchkiss), David Millard (Sue Millard) and Gail Gordon (Thomas). He is also survived by his family and his many friends.
