Marcella left this world on January 18, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donat Richer and Annette Genier Richer; her husband Howard Gaudet; her son Thomas; and her siblings, Bert, Raymond, Theresa, Madeline and Janet.
She is survived by: her children, James Gaudet (Debbie) of Rochester, NY, Peggy Tooley (Jim) of Plattsburgh, NY, Jerry Gaudet (Elizabeth) of Lynnbrook, NY, Larry Gaudet (Paula) of Greensboro, GA and Noonie Gaudet (Mark Purcell) of Boston, MA; and her sister Sue Lavigne (Mark) of Tupper Lake, NY. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Frary Funeral Home (24 Cliff Ave, Tupper Lake, NY 12986). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Alphonsus Church (48 Wawbeek Ave, Tupper Lake, NY 12986).
