It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma V. Dugan of Tully, New York, who passed away on September 16, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Colleen Dugan; her sister Agnes Aldrich; and her grandson Christopher. She is survived by: her children, Maureen Dugan of Tully, Kristin Dugan of Rochester and Patrick Dugan (Kim) of Georgia; her brothers, Leo and Nicholas VanDonsel; and her grandchildren, Nathaniel Parsons, Lillian Parsons and Keegan Dugan.
