He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn M. Stultz (Stinebaugh); and his siblings, Sandra Heffernan and Kenny Stultz. He is survived by: his wife Michiko; his father Richard Eugene Stultz; his children, Scott A. Stultz (Ina Schonberg), Naomi Canale (Michael), Cynthia M. Stultz, Gregory O. Stultz (Tomoko) and Jennifer Metz (Wayne Abbey); and his brother Van J. Stultz. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his name to the Pompey Volunteer Fire Department or the Tully Ambulance Corps.
