He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur and Mary; and his siblings, George Potter, Phil Potter, Thelma Mazzoli, Bob Finch and Raymond Finch.
He is survived by: his wife Connie (Nellenback); his children, Annette Bizub (Mark), Brenda Biggs (Brad), Tim Potter (Mary), Rick Potter, Amanda Grover (Mel) and Liz VanMarter (Dennis); his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Jessica, Bradley, Travis, Rachel, Brady, Camryn, Rory and Tyler; his great grandchild Ryder; his nephews, Jimmy, Donald and David; and his niece Mary.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be sent to St. Leo's Church Food Pantry or Francis House in Syracuse, NY.
