He was predeceased by: his brothers, Leslie Seltzer and James Sotherden; and his parent Lucille Sotherden. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Elliott Seltzer; his children, Steven Seltzer (Donna) and Stephanie Flores (Angel); his grandchildren, Manuel, Miguel, Angel Jr., Gabriela and Evangeline; his siblings, Robert Seltzer (Kim) and Susan Elliott (Terry); and his sister-in-law Maria Sotherden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
