It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Garrett (Tully, New York), born in Apulia Station, New York, who passed away on December 11, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Matthew. He is survived by: his children, Mark, Lisa and Michael; and his siblings, Paul, Carol and Nancy. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
