He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Wayne Swisher and Blanche Bonnibelle Rainbow; and his brothers, Peter Russell and Mark Wesley. He is survived by: his siblings, Stephen Wayne, Maria Bonnibelle, Peter Simeon and Georgia. He is also survived by cousins, and numerous nieces and nephews.
