Muldowney and Karen Muldowney (Godici); his grandparents, Francis, Elizabeth Godici of Oswego, NY and Myrtle Muldowney of Piscataway, NJ; his siblings, Cassandra Studer (Ahren) of Maryland, Michael Muldowney of Tully, Kaitlin Muldowney of Tully, Michelle Muldowney Stevens of Utah, Martin Muldowney III of New Mexico and Megan Kowalski (Joseph) of Texas; his girlfriend Karli; and his girlfriend's daughter Ana. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
