He is survived by: his wife Karen Puccia (Swanson); his brothers, Gary (Susan) and Anthony (Pamela); his children, Amy Errico (Vincent), Lisa Calkins (Christopher) and Andrew (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Madison Calkins, Alex Calkins, Joseph Puccia, Paris Puccia and Andrew Puccia.
