She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Donegan and Dorothy Emrick Donegan; her husband Willard Myron Sweeting; and her siblings, Robert Donegan, Dorothy Hoffman, Helen Brown, Arlene Sutor, Mary Jane Kraushaar and Sarah "Betty" Moss.
She is survived by: her children, James W. Sweeting (Kathleen) of Pompey, Suzanne Ruth Givens (Tex) of Lafayette and Sandra Lee Sweeting of Tully; her sister Norma Thater of Syracuse; and her grandchildren, Amy Fenner (Marty), James M. Sweeting (Beth), Jeanne L. Campbell (Mike), Peter Sweeting, Carley Gant (Robbie) and Mandysue Hart (Brian). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
