Chapman of Tully, New York, born in Cortland, New York, who passed away on November 25, 2022, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard, Wilma Chapman (Sprague), Helen and Lynn James (Boo Bear). He is survived by: his parents, Richard J. Chapman and Barbara E. James Chapman; his son Declan Chapman; his sister Jennifer Ledbetter (Jeffrey); his nephew Dade (Kodiak Ledbetter); and his stepgrandfather Harry Sprague of Hancock. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to NBT Bank, 5789 Route 80, Tully, NY 13159 for his son's future educational endeavors.
