He is survived by: his wife Joyce; and his children, Martin West (Monica) of Liverpool, Barry West (Donna) of Tucson, AZ and Wendy Maarschalk (Jim) of Virgil. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren, 11 step great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
