She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Guptill; and her son Jeffrey Van Dusen. She is survived by: her children, Jamie Van Dusen (Jennifer) and Daniel Rookey; her mother Shirley Rookey; her sisters, Donna Klock and Phyllis Ogden; and her grandchildren, Devon and Ava Van Dusen.
