It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty J. Bassett (Tully, New York), who passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Bassett; and her sons, Kevin Ryan (Rosanna) and Jason Bassett. She is survived by: her children, Mark Fire (Elaine), Danny Fire (Diane), David Fire (Denise), Richard Bassett II (Michelle), Betty Lou Fire, Tracy Underwood (Terry) and Michelle Bassett. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to a local SPCA.
