He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Pryor and Georgina Pryor (McKeown). He is survived by: his children, Nicole Pryor of Thornwood, NY, Stephen Pryor of Thornwood, NY and Paul Anthony Pryor of Thornwood, NY; his siblings, Thomas Pryor, Jane Joye, Elizabeth Pryor, Marianne Pryor, Ellen Pryor (Carrie Kruse) and Susan Danvin (Thierry); and his nieces and nephews, Patrick, Allison, Christopher, Andrew, Emma, James and Scott.

Contributions in Jimmy's memory may be made to Neuroendocrine Tumor Research Foundation (NETRF) or the American Cancer Society.
