He is survived by: his spouse Jenny Scaramuzzino D'Onofrio; his children, Gennaro, Gerry, Carmelo D'Onofrio and Benito D'Onofrio; his grandchildren, Jason and Joseph; and his siblings, Vittorio, Michele and Rosa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
