He is survived by: his wife Nicolaia Joaquim (Lina); his children, Emilia Yankowski (Steven), Virginia Joaquim (Rob Ryan), RoseMarie Lage (Jorge) and Agostinho Joaquim Jr. (Gus); his grandchildren, Nicolaia DiLeo (Thomas), Steven Yankowski Jr. (Alyssa), Isabella Joaquim Lage, Sofia Joaquim Lage, Jorge Joaquim Lage Jr., Emilia Patricia Ryan and Agostinho Joaquim Lage (Gus); and his great grandchildren, Thomas Joseph DiLeo (TJ), Alessia Rose DiLeo, Steven Joseph Yankowski III (SJ), Brooke Marie Yankowski and Paxton Michael Yankowski. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Westchester Funeral Home, Inc. (190 Main St, Eastchester, NY 10709). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Assumption Church (100 Pleasant Ave, Tuckahoe, NY 10707).
