He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ruggeri and Ann Plasay Ruggeri; and his sister Ann Ruggeri. He is survived by: his wife Toni L. Wood Ruggeri; his sons, Frank N. Ruggeri (Tynan G. Lynch) of Scott and Navy; his sisters, Mary Offenburg (Robert) of Durham, NC and Gracie Spicer (Brian) of Fremont, Ohio; his mother-in-law Debbie Head (John) of McGraw; his close friend Ken Stone of Truxton; and his pet Archibold. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
