He is survived by: his wife Lora Tennant Congdon; his children, Kurt Willard (Kelly), Teresa Willard, Candace Burke (Kevin) and Jessica Humphrey (Troy); his grandchildren, Kameron, Kassie, Caleb, Kyle, Phoebe, Greta, Kristopher, Patrick, Juliet and Maya; his great grandchildren, Malea and McKinley; his sister Sylvia Nowalk; and his close friends, John, Maryanne Penamonte and Vicki Rawluszki. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
