He is survived by: his children, Patrick Feely (Christine) of Trumansburg and Amy Congdon (Thomas) of Hammondsport; his granddaughters, Emily Congdon, Erin Congdon (Nathan Hosmer), Megan, Kaitlyn and Madison Feely; and his sisters-in-law, Freda Feely of Cohocton and Bonnie Hunt of Avoca.
