With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William D. VanFleet of Trumansburg, New York, who passed away on May 9, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Peg; his son Robert Bryan; his parents, Percilla Lewis and William Bryan Jennings VanFleet; his uncle Charlie; his siblings, Earl and Irene; his brother-in-law Ted Fletcher; his sister Thelma Harford; his niece Laurie Fletcher; and his nephew James Fletcher.
He is survived by: his uncles, Bill and Willie; his son David; his daughter-in-law Nianne VanFleet (Taber); his granddaughter Jennifer VanFleet Stratton (Craig Stratton); his great grandchildren, Ashlynn and Kendall Stratton; and his nephew Bill Fletcher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as special friends.
