He was predeceased by: his parent Edward Welch; and his father-in-law Paul Tunison Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Tosca Welch (Gori); his wife Elena Welch; his children, Jennifer Swanson (Waylon) and Carl Clifford Hubbell (Nicole); his grandchildren, Teya Deas, Kash Kenneth Steven Swanson, Emma Swanson, Carlee Hubbell and Paxton Hubbell; his siblings, Linda Langley, Mark Welch (Terry), David Welch (Rhoda) and Laura Hager (Bill); his mother-in-law Annabelle Seamon; his nieces and nephews, Chelsea, LeViere, Garrett Welch (Lori), Brett Welch (Ashley) and Ashleigh Catalfamo (Steven); and also, Hayden Brainard Sr., Jeffrey Brainard (Rosie), Paul Tunison (Kathy), Amy Cusimano (Cos) and Leon Tunison (Patty). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
