He was predeceased by: his parents, David Vann and Donna Vann (Smith); his wife Marcia Vann; and his brother Chris Vann. He is survived by: his children, Emily Foster (Edwin), Jeremy Vann (Christina) and James Vann (Kristen); his grandsons, Paul and Matt Foster; his brother Sam Vann (Diane); his sister-in-law Stephanie Vann; and his nieces, Kristine and Laura Vann.
