She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvan Conde and Helen Conde (Thompson); her husband Walter "Pete" Bower; her son Mark Bower; and her sister Ruth Farrell (Ed).
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Nancy Bower of Trumansburg; her grandchildren, Ryan Shallard (Stephanie), Wayne Bower (Sarah) and Kelly Sturges; and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Helen and Wesley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
