He was predeceased by: his parents, William Conroy and Lena Conroy (Miller); his brothers, Roger and Stanley Conroy; and his brother-in-law Gary Cooper.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Covert; his children, Katherine Conroy, Kelly Whitaker (Mike), Kimberly Taibi (Anthony), Jonathon Conroy, Amber Conroy and Nicholas Predmore (Sarah); his grandchildren, Heather Whitaker and Alora Tompkins; his sisters, Sharon VanNiel and Patsy Cooper; and his sister-in-law Jane Conroy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
