She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Nettle and Mary Nettle; and her wife Joanne Turnpenny (Jo). She is survived by: her aunt Pat Lamb of Michigan; her brother Sean Nettle of Homewood, Illinois; her children, Erin Erck (Steve) of Portland, Oregon, Shawn Hill (Cary) of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Patrick Allen of Ithaca and Amy Beth Galton (Lanie) of Ithaca; her sisters-in-law, Amy Lord of Winter Garden, Florida and Patti Nettle of Oak Lawn, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Zane, Greyson and Max; and her nieces and nephews, Riley, Dani, Brady, Brad, Amber, Sarah, Adam and Emily.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Conni's name to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance or the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition.
