She was predeceased by: her parents, William Horn and Barbara Horn (Bulger); her significant other Alan Salk; and her brothers, Billy, Brian, Bobby and Bruce Horn.
She is survived by: her son William Heilman (Brandee Nicholson); and her sisters, Beth Palumbo and Bridget Horn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
