He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Maxwell and Anastasia McNally Maxwell. He is survived by: his brothers, Timothy (Carol), Robert and John (Mary); and his nieces and nephews, Sean Maxwell (Cindy), Casey Looby, Marcy Hersl (Chris), Jason Maxwell, Allyson Whittaker (Chris), Josh Maxwell and Janeen Maxwell. He is also survived by his family and friends.
