He is survived by: his wife Mary Barscz (Walker); his daughters, Leanne Hart (Kyle) and Heather Barscz; his sister Suzanne Phelan (Paul); and his aunt Carolyn Rustin (John). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and a nephew.
