He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas G. Hayes, Sr.; his stepparents, Robert Tucker and Maggie Hayes; and his sister Debra Hayes. He is survived by: his mother Betty Tucker (Richburg); his sisters, Susan Tucker of Troy, NY, Erica Carrier of Buffalo, NY and Felicia Hayes of Boston, MA; and his nieces and nephews, Meghan Carrier, Amani Hayes-Messinger, Chelsea Carrier, Kyle Carrier and Rami Hayes-Messinger.
