She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stebbins and Mildred Onyon Stebbins; and her brother George. She is survived by: her husband James A. Hilt; her children, James M. Hilt of Green Island and Susan A. Hilt of Watervliet; her aunt Naomi Onyon Brassard of Green Island; her brothers, Norman and Donald Stebbins; and her pet Skyler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Due to the public gathering restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic, all services will be strictly private.
Contributions in memory of Sandy may be made to the charity of one's choice.
