The memory of Russell T. He is survived by: his parents, Stephen P. Markham and Cindy Luxton (Jack); his brothers, Andrew Markham (Emily Whalen) and Samuel Markham; and his pet Maya. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Russell's name to the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI) or the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) in Russell's memory.
