It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Rose S. Apgar of Troy, New York, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away at the age of 84, on July 19, 2023. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oril Edward St. Louis and Crete Meade-St. Louis; her sons, Vernon Cummings and Jeffrey Cummings; and her siblings, Dorothy St. Louis and Edward St. Louis.
She is survived by: her children, William (Tracy Apgar), Matthew (Pamela Apgar), Darlene (Jessica Apgar), David (Wende Apgar) and Travis (Tonya Apgar); her sister Mary "Punky"; her brother-in-law William Hollenbeck of Florida; her brother Art; and her sister-in-law Gloria St. Louis of Florida. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends.
