Fasoldt Smith; his stepparents, Kim Smith and Ian Carucci; his parents-in-law, James and Joni Fasoldt; his brothers, Anthony M. Carucci and Vincent R. Carucci; his brother-in-law John R. Fasoldt; his grandmother Irene Golinski; his grandfather-in-law Shirley Speedy; his pet Bowie; his stepbrothers, Travis (Madison) and Corey (Killie); and his nieces and nephews, Rylin, Addison and Emery Hughes. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and a wonderful group of friends.
