He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Rapp and Emma Fedyk Rapp; and his former wife Linda A. Zugalla Rapp. He is survived by: his daughters, Paula C. Rapp (Oscar Herrada) of Chester Springs, PA, Susan M. Rapp and Brunswick; his grandchildren, Sebastian, Benjamin and Tate Green; and his siblings, David J. Rapp (late Edwina) of DeWitt, NY and Marcia R. Keefe (John). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and dear close friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Paul F. Rapp to Sacred Heart Church, 310 Spring Avenue, Troy, NY 12180 or St. Anthony of Padua Church, 28 State Street, Troy, NY 12180.
