He is survived by: his parent Catherine Nicewicz Szemkow; his spouse Mary of Troy; his children, Paul (Joyce), Sylvan, Judith, Lucia of Interlaken, FL and John Szemkow (Jessica) of Hawaii; his grandchildren, Max (Danielle), Isabella, Candace and Katrina; his son Luke; and also Mary M. Wagner Szemkow of Troy. He is also survived by several nieces ad nephews.
