She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward McCarthy and Virginia Mullins McCarthy; and her husband Eric Schwartz. She is survived by: her daughters, Emily and Anna Schwartz of Troy, NY; her sister Virginia McCarthy Weiss (Raymond) of Hyde Park; her nieces, Mary Weiss (Joy Samir Bandyopadhyay) of Abington and Patricia Weiss of Hyde Park, Massachusetts.; and her friend MaryLee Nichols.
