He was predeceased by: his mother Joan A. Sullivan (Brenenstuhl). He is survived by: his father David J. Sullivan of Schenectady; his son Michael J. Sullivan Jr.; his stepmother Marion Sullivan; his sister Tracy; his brother-in-law Mike Bub; his stepsister Jen; and his brother-in-law Alan Satin. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
