He is survived by: his mother Anna Marie DeBonis; his children, Kristen Agostine, Danielle Coonrad (Jason) and Michael Agostine, Jr.; his grandchildren, Madisyn, Hunter, Grayson and Dakota; and his siblings, Kelly Prins (Jeffrey), Rodney Ann Agostine (Mike) and David Agostine (Eileen). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
