She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Whelan and Dorothy Whelan; her husband George Manupella of Lansingburgh; and her sister Eileen Gleason. She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Kelly Sweener (Bernie); her granddaughter Jade Sweener; and her brother Ed Whelan (Jean). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Frank P. McDonald and Son Funeral Home (870 2nd Ave, Troy, NY 12182). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St Augustine's Church (25 115th St, Troy, NY 12182).
