She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill F. Proctor and Verna Ades Proctor; her husband Harold Robert Bissett; and her brother Frank Proctor. She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Bissett (Lynn Koerbel) and Jane Shepard (Mark); her grandchildren, Jerry Ryan (Sarah) and Christopher Ryan (Heather); and her great grandchildren, Murphy, Norah and Kellan.
