It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marian Couchot Safford (Troy, New York), born in Cohoes, New York, who passed away on April 28, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Lawrence E. Couchot; her spouse Alfred "Sandy" Safford; and her brothers, Richard Couchot and Lawrence Couchot. She is survived by: her parent Lillian Clark Couchot; her sister Martha Couchot Leckonby of Averill Park; and her sister-in-law Janet Couchot of Clayton. She is also survived by three nephews and four nieces, several grandnieces and grandnephews; and Marian's and Sandy's longtime dear friend.
